Searching for experienced Apartment Leasing Professionals!
We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, high energy and a positive attitude. Apartment leasing and fair housing experience is preferred.
Duties of an Apartment Leasing Professional Include:
-Answer phone calls, respond to internet leads, and conduct property tours
-Accurately prepare and have a thorough knowledge of all lease-related paperwork
-Review applications ensuring that they are accurate and legible
-Assist with lease renewals
-Other tasks assigned by property manager
Apartment Leasing Professionals must be able to work weekends and have a flexible work schedule. At least 6 months experience is required. Great verbal and written communication skills are a must. Computer skills are a must. Knowledge of relevant software (OneSite, AMSI, Yardi, Yieldstar) is a plus. Must be well organized and able to multi-task.
