The Copper Mechanic plays a critical role in installing, maintaining, and repairing copper wiring and systems to ensure optimal electrical performance and safety. This role demands precision, technical skills, and adherence to safety standards in handling copper materials for various applications.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair copper wiring in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Inspect and test copper systems for continuity and safety compliance
- Maintain accurate records of installations and repairs
- Work with blueprints and technical diagrams to layout copper wiring
- Collaborate with electricians and other trades to complete projects
- Follow safety protocols and regulations during all tasks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with copper wiring efficiently
- Ensure the proper handling and storage of copper materials
