We are seeking a motivated, self-starter LPN for our Olive Branch MS Location! In this role you will be responsible for the medical oversight and care for all residents at our Olive Branch location.
Responsibilities:
- Medication Oversight and Auditing
- Medical Appointment Transportation and Coordination
- Ensuring that all PCP orders are followed
- Updating Treatment Plans with weekly progress notes
- Day to Day Management of facility
- Supervision and Coaching of Employees
- Oversight of Service recipient interactions with family and community
- Provide timely and appropriate feedback and response to upper management
Requirements:
- Licensed nurse in Mississippi
- Pass a drug screen and background check
