The ideal candidate will have experience welding aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel, along with the ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings to produce high-quality, precision welds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel components
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and weld symbols
- Ensure welds meet quality standards and specifications
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished welds and maintain consistency in workmanship
- Support fabrication processes as needed (sheet metal experience a plus)
Qualifications:
- Proven TIG welding experience (stainless steel experience preferred)
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Knowledge of weld symbols and fabrication processes
- Sheet metal welding/fabrication experience is a plus
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Schedule:
Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation:
Up to $30.00 - $35/hour per hour, based on experience
