We are looking for a Licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our residential plumbing service team in Burlington, CT.
This position is ideal for a skilled plumbing professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with homeowners, and wants steady work without sacrificing their personal life.
You will diagnose and solve residential plumbing problems, explain repair options clearly, and represent our company professionally in every customer’s home.
No on-call rotation. No weekend work.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Service and replace faucets, toilets, fixtures, valves, piping, pumps, and water heaters
- Identify plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Explain findings and repair options clearly to homeowners
- Complete work according to company quality and safety standards
- Maintain accurate job notes and paperwork
- Keep the company vehicle, tools, and work area clean and organized
- Protect the customer’s home and leave each job site clean
- Provide professional, respectful customer service on every call
What We’re Looking For
- Current Connecticut P-2 plumbing license
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean background check
- Residential plumbing service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Professional appearance and communication
- Dependable, punctual, and organized
- Ability to work independently
- Pride in workmanship and willingness to be accountable for results
Compensation and Benefits
- $35 to $45 per hour based on experience
