Responsibilities:
- Monitor pool entrance and verify resident/guest credentials
- Enforce facility rules and maintain safe environment
- Conduct regular facility checks and report maintenance needs
- Provide excellent customer service to all pool users
- Maintain accurate logs and incident reports
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle various situations professionally
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification a plus
