Location: Salisbury, North Carolina
Pay:$19-$21 an hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 12pm

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Apartment Leasing Professional for a beautiful multifamily community. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, sales-driven, and passionate about creating an exceptional resident experience.

Apartment Leasing Professional Responsibilities:
- Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities
- Respond to phone, email, and online leasing inquiries
- Process rental applications and lease agreements
- Maintain accurate prospect and resident records
- Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
- Participate in community marketing and outreach initiatives
- Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
- Support property management with daily office operations
Apartment Leasing Professional Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience required
- Experience with Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, OneSite, or similar property management software is a plus
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work weekends as needed
- Reliable transportation
