WaterWorx is looking for an experienced Pool Technician to service residential pool accounts across the Magnolia/Stagecoach area. You'll run your own route, work independently, and be the face of our company to our clients.
PREVIOUS POOL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
What You'll Do
- Clean and maintain residential pools — skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and balancing chemicals
- Inspect pool equipment and systems, flagging issues before they become problems
- Keep accurate service records, including work performed and parts used
- Communicate directly with clients about their pool's needs and recommend repairs/upgrades
- Represent WaterWorx professionally on-site, every visit, every time
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in pool cleaning/maintenance (required — no exceptions)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and sharp attention to detail
- Self-starter who manages time well with minimal supervision
- Clear, professional communication with clients
- Valid driver's license
