Job Summary:
Assembles prepared panels according to ticket using a variety of hand tools.
Essential Functions:
- Review work ticket and drawings to make sure all instructions and specifications are met
- Dry fits test door from order to ensure specifications are met
- Assemble doors using staples, pins, or nails according to ticket specification
- Checks each door for squareness and accurateness
- Performs quality checks on doors
- Places door on conveyor for inspection.
- Keeps area clean and organized
- Other related duties as required
Knowledge, Skill and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED; one year related experience and/or training
- Ability to print and speak simple words in English.
- Ability to work well within a diverse team environment
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure
Physical Requirements:
Repetitive handling, grasping, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods.
