The Role
We’re seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is excited about the future of proactive, root-cause healthcare. This is a part-time position to start, with the goal of transitioning to full-time within 6 months as our patient base grows.
Experience in functional medicine is a plus, but not required. If you’re passionate about this field and eager to learn, we’re happy to train the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
• Provide personalized care in functional and integrative health
• Manage HRT/TRT (hormone and testosterone replacement therapy) protocols
• Develop and oversee peptide therapy treatment plans
• Take a root-cause approach to patient wellness, including lab review and interpretation
• Build lasting relationships with patients and guide them through their health journeys
• Collaborate with our team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
What We’re Looking For
• Active NP or PA license in good standing
• Genuine interest in functional health, peptides, HRT/TRT, and root-cause medicine
• Willingness to learn and grow (training provided for motivated candidates)
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
• Passion for wellness, longevity, and helping people thrive
