Assembler / Solderer - Contract To Hire The skilled Assembler / Solderer position is available in the Nashua, NH area. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers a chance to work with a leading contract manufacturer known for its commitment to quality and innovation in the electronics industry.
Shift of the Assembler / Solderer: M-F 6am or 7am start
Pay Rate/ of the Assembler / Solderer: $23-25/hr
Responsibilities of the Assembler / Solderer:- Utilize extensive on-the-job training and knowledge of SMT and THT Assembly/Soldering, including component identification and polarity markings.
- Apply knowledge of IPC-610 and/or J-STD-001 standards.
- Solder using a microscope for precision work.
- Interpret assembly drawings and documentation accurately.
- Demonstrate dependability and flexibility with various job assignments.
Qualifications of the Assembler / Solderer:- High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing/soldering environment.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to perform a variety of job-related tasks.
