Job Summary
We are seeking customer-focused and detail-oriented Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact with our customers, building policies to meet their needs and helping guide them through the difficult decisions involved in the process.
Our paid training program includes Insurance Licensing.
Representatives will focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience while assisting customers with policy building and quoting new policy rates. Successful candidates are professional communicators who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.
This is an on-site position in our Tucson location at Pantano and Escalante

Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through inbound phone interactions.
- Ask questions and use the answers to help complete a detailed quote for auto insurance.
- Explain insurance products, coverage information, and policy details to new customers who may not be familiar with those products.
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to access account information and complete transactions.
- Adhere to all company policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to transfer customers to other departments when required.
- Meet performance expectations related to quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

Key Qualifications

- Sales-focused mindset: Proven ability to sell and upsell products/services while delivering excellent customer service.
- Sales experience: Minimum 6 months in a sales role
- Available for paid training to include 2 weeks of licensing, 3 weeks of product training and 4 weeks of continued training.
- Available to work 8-hour shifts any day of the week (40 hours/week), including weekends and some holidays, between 7:30am - 12:30am EST.
- Must pass a background screening, be at least 18 years old, have a GED or High School Diploma, and be legally permitted to work in the United States.
