One of our Partners in Worcester, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for ongoing NICU locums coverage at a major inpatient facility.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide NICU inpatient coverage
- Manage critically ill neonatal patients
- Perform daily rounding and patient management
- Collaborate with neonatal teams and hospital staff
- Participate in resident supervision and teaching
- Complete documentation within Cerner EMR
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and neonatal stabilization
