Position Overview
One of our Partners in Washington is seeking an experienced Trauma Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an inpatient trauma coverage assignment at a regional trauma center.
This opportunity offers block scheduling, 12-hour shifts, Epic EMR, trauma-focused inpatient practice, and the ability to work with an established trauma team in a high-acuity environment. Providers should be comfortable caring for both adult and occasional pediatric trauma patients.
Provider Pay: $120/hour
Pay Ranking: Top 15-20% nationally for Trauma Surgery APP locum assignments within major health systems (2026 market data).
