JOB REQUIREMENTS - Board: BC/BE
- Licenses: Licensed in MN or IMLC
- Certifications: ACLS, ATLS
- Fellowship: Required
Duties & Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive cardiothoracic surgical coverage including open and endoscopic surgeries.
- Manage pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care for cardiothoracic patients.
- Perform on-call duties as part of a 1:2 call rotation with 20-minute response time.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nursing, anesthesia, and support staff.
- Document patient encounters in Epic EMR and adhere to hospital protocols.
