PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE - Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
JOB REQUIREMENTS - Licenses: Active NY License
- Board: Must be Board Certified
- Certifications: Active BLS, AHA or RQI
- Experience: APP experience in pre-operative/pre-anesthesia setting
- Other Qualifications: Epic Experience Required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Conduct pre-operative evaluation and optimization for upcoming surgical patients
- Review H&P and relevant patient information to assess surgical readiness
- Utilize optimization protocols and resources within the facility's existing system
- Identify and make appropriate referrals as needed for patient optimization
- Work closely with the Surgery and Anesthesia team to coordinate care
