This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.Support and assist the Multi-Tenant Sales Manager by overseeing the day-to-day execution of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department, directly leading Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives through focused coaching, performance management, and real-time problem solving to achieve budgeted sales goals and adhere to sales process, customer experience, and compliance standards across assigned territories.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Actively and consistently support and reinforce efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience through daily team communication, coaching, and in-field observation.
- Own team sales performance, holding Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives accountable for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals through active performance management, coaching, and use of available reporting tools.
- Supervise a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives, providing daily direction, activity management, and coaching to drive consistent execution of the field sales process.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives, ensuring they are effectively trained on field sales processes, customer experience standards, and compliance expectations.
- Provide support to Multi-Tenant Sales staff through a cadence of approximately 70% field work and 30% office work, including in-field coaching, observations, and office-based performance reviews and planning.
- Communicate and maintain clear territory assignments for Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives, ensuring alignment with turf management guidelines and effective coverage of assigned properties.
- Monitor the payroll process for assigned staff and ensure the timely and accurate review and approval of all commission payments in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conducting performance appraisals, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, addressing performance gaps, and ensuring completion of required training (including safety and compliance training).
- Assist with local budget preparation and provide input on marketing issues and sales offers based on field performance, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience
Experience
- 1+ year of sales experience
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Knowledge of community sales practices
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and auto insurance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
- 0.5+ year of sales supervisory experience
- Telecommunications and cable industry experience
