Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department. Level 3 trauma center

Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC for 3 months with the option to extend. The schedule is Monday-Friday and all candidates must be open to assisting with call per the department's needs. 8-hour shifts

Case Mix: Adults required, pediatrics preferred. General, neuro/spine, complex vascular, complex ortho, vent management, and insertion of central and/or arterial line. No cardiac and OB not required

Support Staff/Supervision: 1:3 or 1:4 supervision ratio

Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NBCRNA

Active VA License: REQUIRED in order to be presented
