WCS Healthcare is partnering with a respected Community Health Clinic in Brooklyn, Ohio to hire an experienced RN Triage Nurse. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and patient-focused Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in an outpatient community health setting.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 1-hour unpaid lunch break
- No weekends or holidays
Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephone and/or clinical triage assessments for patients.
- Evaluate symptoms and determine appropriate levels of care.
- Provide patient education and healthcare guidance.
- Coordinate care with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
- Document patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Assist with care management and patient follow-up as needed.
Requirements:
- Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous triage, ambulatory care, primary care, or community health experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Experience utilizing EMR systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
