Ambulatory Surgery Center in Exton, Pennsylvania to recruit an experienced
Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN). This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled OR nurse seeking a consistent weekday schedule, no weekends, and the chance to work in a collaborative outpatient surgical
environment.Schedule- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Full-time
- No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients throughout the perioperative process.
- Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures.
- Prepare operating rooms, surgical equipment, and instrumentation.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to infection control standards.
- Perform preoperative and postoperative patient assessments.
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience.
- Ambulatory Surgery Center or outpatient surgical experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment.
