Pay Rate: $17.75 – $18.75/hour (determined by experience)
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Role Overview:
BEPC is seeking a Medical Device Assembler to support our client’s medical device manufacturing operations in Saint Paul, MN. This position is responsible for assembling, inspecting, testing, and packaging medical devices within a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous medical device assembly and cleanroom experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow established manufacturing procedures. Candidates will be cross-trained across multiple production areas and may periodically perform precision work using a microscope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble medical devices according to established procedures and specifications.
- Inspect and test finished and in-process medical device products.
- Perform periodic microscope-assisted assembly and inspection work.
- Operate electric torque drivers, screwdrivers, and other production tools.
- Perform packaging and boxing of completed products.
- Follow cleanroom gowning requirements, including hair nets, beard nets, shoe covers, and safety glasses.
- Follow established SOPs, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout assembly and inspection processes.
- Support multiple production areas through cross-training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant manufacturing workspace.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–3 years of cleanroom experience within the medical device industry.
- Previous medical device assembly experience required.
- Ability to follow written procedures and manufacturing instructions.
- Experience working within FDA and GMP requirements preferred.
- Previous soldering experience preferred but not required.
- Previous microscope experience preferred but not required.
- Comfortable using electric torque drivers, screwdrivers, and other assembly tools.
- Ability to comply with cleanroom gowning and safety requirements.
