- The estimated pay range for this role is $126,000 - $168,000 based on experience.
**Note: The pay rate listed is the base pay with the overseas premium included
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Project Superintendent, Project Manager, and Electrical Procurement Coordinator to develop operational plans, schedules, and job layouts.
- Manage daily activities of crafts and subcontractors in the field, ensuring work adheres to project specifications and timelines.
- Review project plans, budgets, and estimates with project management to ensure accuracy in quantities, values, and manpower requirements.
- Lead weekly progress meetings with subcontractors to track project status and address any challenges.
- Foster positive working relationships with all project partners, maintaining open communication to resolve issues effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and construction management principles.
- Proven expertise in cost management, schedule control, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and client relations skills to effectively liaise with international partners.
- Minimum high school diploma/GED with 15 years of construction management experience, including at least five years in design/build of electrical systems; or a four-year degree in a related field is preferred.
- Prior OCONUS experience is highly preferred.
- Minimum of a Secret security clearance required.
