Our radiology team includes certified specialists and provides advanced imaging services across fast-paced inpatient and outpatient environments. We offer flexible scheduling and professional growth through cross-training, and work collaboratively to support diagnostics and critical interventions, contributing directly to exceptional patient care and positive outcomes.
Job Description
Provide services to patients under the direct supervision.
- Prepare and position patients and select exposure factors accurately.
- Implement radiation protection and safety standards.
- Prepare for and assist the supervising technologists and physicians in a variety of imaging procedures.
- Prepare and administer contrast media and medications within accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly department to include procedure rooms, storage areas, dressing rooms, film storage area and any other areas in department.
Qualifications
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- High school diploma equivalency AND enrolled in an accredited program specific to discipline.
