Cranford family needs part time after school sitter for 3 kids (ages 14, 12, 7). School pick up in Cranford, homework help with 7-year-old. Driving to and occasionally from sports practices - all local. Dinner prep and light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities.
My husband and I both work full time, and need a right hand person - ideally someone who is mature, proactive, fun, a self starter, communicative, someone who follows through and at times is willing to show tough love - mostly with 7 yr old :).
Older two are very self sufficient these days.
Note: Have 2 medium sized friendly dogs that will occasionally need to be picked up from local daycare.
