It is a 3 level townhouse. I will take care of the first level since it is a garage and it just needs sweeping. The second level is the kitchen and living area with a half bathroom, the third level is two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The third level and both stairs have carpet and will be professionally cleaned so those dont need any work. It will be mostly the bathrooms and kitchen, and making sure the checklist for the move out procedure is met (the checklist has specific instructions but it is mostly a normal move out clean up, nothing crazy).
