Class A Local Driver with Hazmat TransForce is seeking a CDL A Local Delivery Driver to support localoperationsin Gastonia, NC. This position offers a weekly minimum guarantee of $1300.00 with steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
CDL A Driver Details - Schedule: Sunday-Thursday / Tuesday-Saturday
- Pay: $1300.00+
- Route Type: Home daily with possible 1-2 layovers weekly
- Freight / Load Type: Auto Parts
- Handling: Heavy touch
CDL Driver Minimum Requirements: - License: CDL A
- Hazmat Endorsement
- Experience: 1+ year of recent and relevant CDL driving experience
- Electronic logging device experience required
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Able to operate a manual transmission preferred
CDL Driver Responsibilities: - Safely operate equipment on routes
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role
