Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology - Wisconsin Locums Opportunity
Exciting locums opportunity for Hematology/Oncology physicians in Wisconsin, near a major airport.
Highlights
- Open to providers requiring Wisconsin state license
- 1:4 call ratio with rare call-ins
- Inpatient and outpatient practice setting
- Radiation oncology services on-site
Practice Setting
- Blend of inpatient and outpatient care
- 3 MDs and 3 APPs in the department
- Strong support from RNs and MAs
- Engage in bone marrow biopsies
Schedule
- Weekdays, 8-5 with an hour lunch
- Options for 2-3 weeks per month coverage
- 1:4 weekly hospital call - Friday to Friday
- Rounding required; afternoons and 1-2 hours daily
Cases and Procedures
- Supervising chemo clinic patients
- Documentation post transplant and CAR-T cell therapy
- Inpatient care for leukemic and chemo patients
- Supervise own chemo patients
Travel Accommodations
- Nearest major airport: CWA
