Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (30-min lunch included) | 4-5 days/week

Practice Details
- Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care in Valley Springs, CA (45 mins from Stockton, 1.5 hours from Sacramento)
- Patient Panel: Ages 16+ (pediatric patients are routed to a dedicated pediatrics department)
- Patient Volume: ~12 patients/day to start, with the option to ramp up to 15-20/day as you get comfortable
- Scope: Standard primary care & chronic disease management (hypertension, diabetes, preventive care, basic labs/cultures, onsite X-ray)
- Support & Logistics: 1 dedicated MA, 2 exam rooms, shared office space, AthenaOne EMR
- Onsite Specialty Support: Behavioral Health, Women's Health, Hepatology, and OB/GYN
Requirements
- MD or DO (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency completion (recent grads welcome)
- Active California Medical License and DEA required (will not wait for licensing)
- Active BLS certification
