About the Clinician's WorkdayThe psychiatrist will provide inpatient psychiatric care across inpatient, OR, and ER settings, working 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for at least 3-4 weekends per month. Clinical responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations, developing treatment plans, and managing medications for adult patients requiring acute psychiatric care. Documentation and patient management are conducted using the EPIC EMR system. Clinicians collaborate with hospital staff to support effective care delivery within a 24/7 facility environment.
