About the Position
LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Neonatal NP in Ohio!
We are seeking a dedicated Neonatology Nurse Practitioner for a 36-day assignment starting Nov 16, 2026, in Ohio. This role involves 12-hour day and night shifts, primarily focusing on comprehensive care for critically ill premature and term neonates within a NICU, including attending C-sections and deliveries.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage 12-hour day and night shifts
- Provide care within a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- Attend C-sections and deliveries
- Care for critically ill premature and term neonates
- Perform procedures including intubation, umbilical line placement, and thoracentesis
- Conduct preferred procedures such as lumbar puncture and chest tube placement
- Collaborate with the PICC team for PICC line placement
- No transport team responsibilities are required
Additional Information
- Required Board Certifications: Acute Care Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-AC) and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
