About the FacilityThis 343-bed Level II Trauma Center provides comprehensive inpatient medical and surgical services, including gastroenterology coverage across two campus locations. The facility offers temporary privileges and maintains established clinical protocols to support quality inpatient care delivery. Clinicians will find a structured inpatient environment with the resources necessary to fulfill gastroenterology coverage requirements.
About the Facility LocationKansas offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of regional outdoor recreation and cultural attractions suited to varied interests. The state features natural landscapes, state parks, and year-round activities including hiking, wildlife viewing, and recreational opportunities across its diverse regions. Clinicians will find accessible leisure and entertainment options available throughout the state during the assignment period.
About the Clinician's WorkdayThe gastroenterologist will provide inpatient gastroenterology coverage during 24-hour call shifts at two facilities, with availability required for 14-21 days per month. The clinician will manage inpatient gastroenterology cases in accordance with established clinical protocols at both locations. Experience in EUS and ERCP procedures is required for this assignment. Board certification in Gastroenterology and prescriptive authority are required for consideration.
