About the Position
LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Obstetrics and Gynecology MD in Pennsylvania!
Our client is seeking a skilled Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician for a 14-day assignment in Pennsylvania, commencing Dec 11, 2026. This role involves managing 24-hour shifts, including out-of-house call for OB and deliveries, where the physician will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care. Key responsibilities include handling a variety of deliveries and performing necessary surgical interventions, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform vaginal and assisted vaginal deliveries.
- Execute Cesarean sections when required.
- Conduct procedures such as Cerclages, D+Cs, and D+Es.
- Manage termination inductions and pregnancy terminations.
- Provide in-house call for obstetrics and deliveries.
- Perform C-sections as an expected duty.
- Facilitate patient transfers for pregnancies at or below 36 weeks.
