In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, and use telehealth technologies to monitor progress and engage patients remotely. You’ll collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team, document outcomes in the EMR, and educate patients on home programs and injury prevention.
