CDL-A Regional Truck Drivers:
Drive routes through the Western United States and Never Be Far From Home! If you are looking for a driving job with stability in these uncertain times then Andrus Transportation Services has you covered! We are currently growing our fleets, so we are hiring CDL-A Dry Van Drivers for both regional and OTR lanes from your area.
Pay & Details - New Pay Increase!:
- Basepay range: $1,250 - $1,920 weekly, plus when you add performance and experience bonuses you get an extremely competitive total compensation package!
- Average $65,000 - $99,000 per year
- Consistent miles: at least 2,500 miles per week
- Competitive mileage pay and bonuses
- Experience-based bonuses (Veterans, Hazmat endorsement, Longevity, etc.)
- Longevity Bonus – $0.04 CPM mileage bonus on 10,000 miles per month
- Hazmat Bonus – $600 at 6 months and $600 at 1 year
- $100 Extra Orientation Pay with Hazmat endorsement
- $0.02 CPM Bonus when Pulling a Placard Load with Hazmat endorsement
- Performance-based bonuses (Idle, Mileage, Layover, Breakdown, Referral, and more)
- Home time & schedule – on the road for 7-10 days and great home time
- Route: Western United States, including CA, NV, AZ, UT, CO, WA, OR, and ID
- Level of touch: no-touch freight - hands-free, 70% drop & hook, and live loads/unloads

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 23 years old
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must have at least 6+ months of Class A CDL driving experience
- No DUI/DWI, reckless driving, or other major judgments in the past 5 years
