Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Prior outpatient orthopedic experience.
- New graduates are not accepted.
- Physical Therapist credential required to start.
- HEP B required.
- TB required.
- Flu required.
- Tdap required.
Assignment Details
- Schedule structure: 5x8s or 4x10s.
- Evening coverage is required at least 2 nights per week.
- Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM–8:00 PM; Friday 6:00 AM–6:30 PM.
- Documentation system: NextGen.
- Patient volume: 48–50 patients per week.
- Evaluation times: 60-minute evaluations.
- Cases include outpatient orthopedics, post-operative patients, workers' compensation, and Medicare populations.
- No floating required.
