- Other Qualifications: ORP enrollment in MediCal preferred, chart closure within 72 hours, Epic proficiency
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive family medicine care including chronic pain management for a mix of pediatric and adult patients.
- Maintain a patient volume of 18 encounters per day during scheduled clinic hours (Mon – Fri, 8a – 5p).
- Complete all chart documentation within 72 hours of patient encounter.
- Collaborate with support staff (RNs and MAs) to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care.
- Adhere to credentialing requirements including timely submission of application and supporting documents.
