Duties & Responsibilities - Provide direct patient care to inpatients in the medical oncology unit.
- Round on assigned patients and manage their oncology treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary oncology team.
- Document patient encounters in Epic EMR system.
- Participate in discharge planning and patient education.
