PATIENT INFORMATION
- Average Daily Volume: 30-50 cases for whole department per day
- Case Mix: OB, General, Peds (tonsils & adenoids)

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
- Hospital Privieges Required: Yes
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
- General Anesthesia
- OB (including TOLAC)
- Healthy Peds (tonsils and adenoids)
- Conscious Sedation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: Board Certified (not accepting BE)
- Licenses: Active IA license or Universal License (IMLC)
- Certifications: ACLS (can obtain during credentialing)
- Other Qalifications: Availability 2 wks per month in 2027; must be available for all 3 wks above; COVID Vaccine required; Clean Malpractice/No background issues
Duties & Responsiibilities
- Evaluate and monitor patient care before and during surgery.
- Supervise CRNAs (some supervision).
- Provide General Anesthesia including OB and healthy peds.
- Perform Conscious Sedation as needed.
- Take call including night call every 3-4 days.
