PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE - Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

JOB REQUIREMENTS - Board: BC required (or BE within 3-5 years of residency)
- Licenses: Licensed in California
- DEA: Required
- Certifications: BLS
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
Duties & Responsibilities - Provide outpatient and inpatient hematology/oncology care.
- Manage chemotherapy and infusion treatments.
- Participate in weeknight and weekend beeper call (phone only).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team in a COC-accredited program.
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR.
