Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage hematology/oncology patients in clinic and infusion suite
- Respond to patient lab results, manage in-basket messages, and triage calls with nurse navigator
- Collaborate with oncologist and multidisciplinary team including infusion nurses, dietitian, social worker, and palliative care specialists
- Work independently when oncologist is not on-site
- Maintain patient care coordination and documentation using Epic EMR
