DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Manage chronic and acute conditions, including ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
- Conduct routine physical examinations and health screenings.
- Coordinate care with support staff (MAs, LVNs) to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Document patient encounters in Epic EMR and maintain accurate medical records.
