JOB REQUIREMENTS - Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABMS/AOA)
- Licenses: Active GA license, DEA with GA address
- DEA / CDS: Active DEA required
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS (ATLS not required if ABEM)
- Experience: Residency trained in Emergency Medicine from ACGME-accredited program
- Other Qualifications: Clinical activity logs past 2 years, CME 20 per year
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients in the ED.
- Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants (NPPA supervision required).
- Perform emergency procedures as needed (intubation, central lines, resuscitation).
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR.
- Participate in trauma and resuscitation management.
