JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: Board Certified Medical Oncology or Board Eligible (0-5 years); Hematology preferred
- Licenses: Active Oregon license required; Universal License (IMLC) accepted
- DEA: Active DEA certification required (during credentialing)
- Certifications: BLS required
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide direct outpatient hematology/oncology care
- Serve as chemotherapy program director/provider
- Perform bone marrow biopsies
- Manage patient consultations (1-3 per week)
- Manage patient volume of 15-18 per day
