JOB REQUIREMENTS - Licenses: Active MA license (PAs only)
- Board: BC in Acute Care
- DEA: Yes
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Experience: 2+ years in critical care
- Other Qualifications: Willing to license only if PAs
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Round with Attending in the morning and afternoon, managing ICU and Med Surg patients
- Act as a responding clinician in the ICU, providing coverage for bread-and-butter critical care cases
- Supervise 4 APPs on staff, with MD oversight during day shifts and Fellow/Attending oversight during night shifts
- Provide weekend coverage including Friday night shifts
- Complete clinical tasks and patient care documentation (no billing responsibilities)
