- Case Mix: General, ENT with peds, GYN, OB, plastics, endoscopy, urology, ortho, vascular, cardiothoracic, and neuro
FACILITY INFORMATION - EMR System: Cerner
- Specialty Backup Available: 4 anesthesiologists/day; 15–18 CRNAs/day
- Support Staff Available: Anesthesiologists: 4/day, CRNAs: 15–18/day
- Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage / Vacation Coverage
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE - Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

JOB REQUIREMENTS - Licenses: Active PA license
- Board: NBCRNA required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Other Qualifications: Vascular, neuro, and thoracic experience preferred; OB optional
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide anesthesia care under the medical direction of anesthesiologists at a maximum 4:1 ratio
- Manage anesthesia for a wide variety of surgical cases including General, ENT, GYN, OB, Plastics, Endoscopy, Urology, Orthopedics, Vascular, Cardiothoracic, and Neuro
- Float between three facilities: DuBois, Clearfield, and Brookville as needed
- Perform regional blocks and epidurals as desired
- Cover cases in 11 ORs, 2 hospital GI suites, 3 GI suites at the CRNA-led endo center, bronchoscopy lab, and cath lab
