Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
- Active New York State physical therapy license required to start the position.
- At least 1 year of U.S. outpatient physical therapy experience required.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
