We are a loving family seeking a wonderful, reliable nanny to provide caring, in-home childcare for our 19-month-old. We are looking for someone who can join us a few of days per week (flexible scheduling can be discussed). Someone who is comfortable being around our dog.
We follow Montessori-inspired principles, emphasizing independence, hands-on exploration, respect for the childs natural development, and practical life skills in a prepared, nurturing space. We are committed to limiting screen time entirely, we prefer screen-free days focused on play, books, sensory activities, outdoor time (weather permitting), and meaningful interactions.
