Job Title: Leasing Agent

About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Leasing Agent to join our property management team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents—showcasing the community, guiding applicants through the leasing process, and helping maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online
- Conduct property tours and highlight community features
- Explain lease terms, pricing, and policies clearly and professionally
- Process rental applications and follow up with prospects
- Maintain accurate records in property management software
- Support resident retention efforts and renewal outreach
- Collaborate with the property management and maintenance teams
Qualifications
- Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first attitude
- Comfortable using computers, CRM/property management software
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
- Real estate or leasing license (if required by state)
