Location: Myerstown, PA
About the Position
TransForce is seeking a CDL A Flatbed Driver to support local operations based in Myerstown, PA. This is a temp-to-hire position.
Pay & Schedule Details
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, some Saturdays; 1 AM or 1 PM start time
- Pay: $30/hr during orientation, $24/hr + components after training
- Quarterly Performance/Safety Bonus
- 40 hours vacation
- $50 for each tarp secured
- $25/hr for Detention
- $25/hr for Breakdown
- $35/night for Per Diem if necessary
Job Details

- Freight / Load Type: Roofing Materials, Flat Metal, Lumber
- Equipment: Automatic trucks
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate class A vehicles on local routes
- Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Strapping and Tarping
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
Minimum Requirements
- License: CDL A
- Experience: 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
