Weekend Household & Child Support Anchor (Sat/Sun 9-5) - North Caldwell, NJ
Seeking a reliable, structured, and steady caregiver to support our two boys (ages 6 and 8) and help keep our home running smoothly on weekends.
Schedule: Saturdays 9-5, Sundays 9-5 (occasional evening flexibility).
Responsibilities: Structured activities, outdoor time, managing transitions, redirecting sibling conflict, meal prep, laundry, light organizing, resetting the house while parents are out, and general household support.
